Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of your course; part payments or deposits will not be accepted.
Some courses involve additional costs for materials. Please read course information on website or booking forms for details.
Please check whether a place is available before making a payment, you will be sent a booking form if there is availability. Your place will be secured when payment is received, but please be aware that payments delayed for more than 7 days after a booking form is sent may be offered to someone else.
Courses are increasingly popular so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Course fees are based on reaching the minimum number of attendees and may be cancelled if bookings do not reach this number.
If for any reason the course has to be cancelled a full refund of paid fee will be given. You will be given 2 days notice prior to a termly course cancellation or 24 hours notice prior to a 1 day or 2 day course.
If you cancel earlier than 7 days before the start date of your course you will receive a refund minus a 10% admin fee. If you cancel 7 days, or less before the start date of your course, or after your course has started, a refund will not be given.
In the event that a session has to be cancelled for reasons beyond my control you will either be offered an alternative date and time to make up that session, or receive a full refund for the session missed.
If for any reason you have to miss a session, it is not possible to offer you a refund or an alternative session.
